Original paid orders

Previously purchased work remains subject to the price, scope and terms accepted with the original order. Viewing or importing those photos here creates no new charge. Contact support with the original order number if you were charged without an order, charged twice, or cannot access promised deliverables.

Unfulfilled or unusable work

If an order is unfulfilled, or an image is unusable because of a technical failure or a material misrepresentation of the property, contact support with the original and affected result. You may request correction or a refund for the affected unfulfilled or unusable service. We will investigate and explain the resolution. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Do not publish a misleading image while a correction is pending. We do not silently charge for corrective generations; any separately chargeable work must show its price before acceptance.

Drafts and cancellations

Creating an account, viewing previous orders, and saving or changing draft photos do not incur a charge. Your payment covers only the property, accepted photos and styles shown at checkout. To stop submitted work, contact support promptly. We will confirm what has started and what can still be stopped. Completed AI processing cannot be reversed.

Refunds are based on the amount actually paid, including any introductory discount, and returned through the original payment method where possible. Provider processing times vary. A refund does not automatically restore a consumed offer; contact support for an unfulfilled first property. Closing the browser is not a confirmed cancellation. Contact support before starting another payment if a previous payment is unresolved. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected.
