Use only authorized property photographs
Do not upload copyrighted, confidential or restricted material unless you have the rights required for the service. Do not upload identity documents, payment or medical records, access codes, intimate images, or unnecessary information about occupants or other people. Do not upload malware or attempt to access another customer’s work.
Represent properties honestly
Do not use generated imagery to conceal defects, damage, hazards or material property facts; falsely imply renovations, amenities, furnishings, views or space; or mislead buyers, tenants, brokers, lenders or regulators. Do not alter or remove third-party watermarks or ownership notices without permission.
Do not create unlawful or discriminatory housing advertising, harassment, impersonation, deceptive testimonials or fabricated endorsements. Do not describe outputs as independently inspected, guaranteed accurate or approved by an MLS when they are not.
Respect access and service limits
Do not evade authentication, bypass usage or storage limits, introduce instructions intended to override image-processing safeguards, overload the service or submit files you are not authorized to share. We may hold or suspend requests that present an abuse or security concern.
To report copyright, privacy, security or other concerns, contact support with enough information to identify the material and your relationship to it. We will investigate appropriate requests.
